The Illinois Coalition for Human Rights (ICHR) is dedicated to protecting free speech, defending civil liberties, and advocating for human rights. We work to repeal restrictive laws that suppress advocacy and peaceful protest, ensuring that all Illinoisans can express their views without fear of retaliation. Through policy reform, coalition partnerships, and public awareness, we work to build an Illinois where civil liberties are upheld, peaceful protest is protected, and policies reflect the fundamental values of free expression, equality, and justice for all communities.
